    Dr. Tran Quoc Binh obtained a Specialist Level I in Ophthalmology degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City in 2012. From 2009 to 2016, Dr. Binh has helped improve the vision of more than 10,000 people in the Binh Phuoc province. He is highly regarded for his exceptional surgical skills to treat a variety of eye diseases, including cataracts. In particular, he is well-regarded for mastering the Extracapsular Cataract Extraction (ECCE) Procedure and has contributed greatly to the improving vision of his customers.
